We include FREE unlimited Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Next door our sister business All Stars Inn has an outdoor BBQ area, self-service kitchen, that you are most welcome to use.

Located on Bealey Avenue we are in a great location to access all that Christchurch has to offer, whether that be a short walk into the city centre (15 min along the Avon River) and all its attractions, easy access to the Airport (20min by car) or to the main roads North or South. Most bus companies will drop you at our door, and there is a local bus stop outside too.

  • What time is Reception open?
    Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, during which we can assist with any new reservations, extensions, booking of tours and activities, requests, or assistance with Christchurch/NZ in general.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in starts from 2pm, and check-out is anytime until 10am. We also offer the option of Early check-in (10am) and late check-out (2pm), subject to availability and for an additional charge.
  • What do I need to check-in?
    We would need either a Passport or a New Zealand driver’s license, the full outstanding payment (if any) and a valid credit card.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Cash, Credit & Eftpos cards All credit cards are subject to a 2% transaction fee on room charges.
  • Where can I store my Luggage after check-out?
    Guests are able to store their bags with us free of charge in our Luggage store 24 hour before and after their reservation. Please note that this store is only accessible during Reception opening hours (7am-11pm)
  • Where can I park my car?
    We have on site free parking spots, these cannot be reserved but on a first in first served basis. However, both Bealey Ave and Packe Street are also available for free street parking.
